Kelly Carter is an experienced industrial engineer and design professional with over 25 years of expertise in product development, sales, and customer-focused design. After spending many years in industrial engineering and global product management, Kelly has returned to her passion for custom design, now working as a designer with Carolina Closets. She combines her technical background with her design expertise to create innovative, functional, and personalized storage solutions for clients.

Kelly's career began in design consultancy, where she honed her ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored, creative solutions. In her previous roles, including global product management, she led cross-functional teams in product development and business strategy while managing large-scale corporate agreements. Now, at Carolina Closets, Kelly is focused on designing custom storage systems that maximize space and enhance the client experience.

Outside of work, Kelly is an avid photographer, painter, and outdoor enthusiast, enjoying activities like sailing, hiking, and exploring the world with her dog.
