Katie Borneman

Katie was born in Houston, Texas, but considers Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, her true home. After graduating from Mercyhurst University with a degree in Business Marketing, Katie built her career through management roles across several industries. Her experience includes managing a 310-unit real estate portfolio and serving as Membership Director and Event Manager at a high-end country club, where she discovered her passion for event coordination and design.

A spontaneous move back to Erie, PA, led Katie to an unexpected career as a professional poker dealer after earning her state gaming license. It was there that she met her husband, Nick, a 15+ year casino industry veteran. They married on 7-11-21, a date they consider especially meaningful, and later relocated south in 2024 when Nick advanced his career as a table games manager.

Katie's transition into designing custom spaces has been the perfect blend of her love for real estate, design, and building relationships. She enjoys connecting with clients and creating spaces that make a difference in their homes.

Outside of work, Katie stays busy with her toddler, Charlotte, and their two Siberian Huskies, Dallas and Nani. She enjoys gardening, trips to HomeGoods and Hobby Lobby, traveling with her family, spending time at local lakes, listening to live music, and discovering new restaurants.
