With a proven track record in plant operations, profit and loss management, and the Toyota Production System, Michael is committed to driving excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

His strategic approach, grounded in world-class manufacturing techniques, Six Sigma, and Lean Principles, has consistently delivered significant results. Michael’s certifications as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Practitioner underscore his ability to implement processes and achieve operational goals.

SEDEN HARRISON, Director of Dealer Services

Seden Harrison has been a cornerstone of our company’s journey for the past decade! Seden began her career as a designer at our Atlanta branch (Spacemakers), where her passion for refining the art of closet design swiftly propelled her to the top of our design team.

In her current role as Director of Dealer Services, Seden leverages her extensive experience and profound understanding of design to serve as the perfect liaison for our dealers, assisting them with all their needs. Seden’s narrative isn’t merely one of steadfast commitment; it epitomizes growth, dedication, and the seamless fusion of creativity with strategic acumen.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Seden’s life is a tapestry of diverse experiences. Having grown up in multiple countries, she takes pride in her Turkish/American heritage. With five children, one granddaughter, and a fervent love for her job, travel, and socializing with friends and family, Seden embodies the essence of a well-rounded individual dedicated to both her personal and professional pursuits.

BAILEY SMITH, Dealer Services Coordinator

Bailey Smith is Carolina Closets Manufacturing’s Dealer Services Coordinator. With a decade in customer service and two years on our team, Bailey excels at building client relationships and enhancing service efficiency. Outside of work, Bailey enjoys reading and spending quality time with her wife, Cady, and their dog, Sarge. Her commitment to excellence and genuine customer connections makes her a key asset to CCM’s success.

TAMMY POSEY, Dealer Services Coordinator

Tammy embarked on her professional journey armed with an Associate Degree in Secretarial Science, dedicating two decades to the legal field as a trusted assistant to a distinguished lawyer before seamlessly transitioning to a rewarding tenure of 20 years at Carolina Closets. Beyond her professional achievements, Tammy cherishes 40 years of marriage with her husband, Dennis, and finds joy and fulfillment in her family life with her daughter, Candace, son, Anthony, and the delights of grandparenthood. Outside of work, Tammy indulges in seasonal home decor and treasures moments with her growing family.
