Our Process

Design Consultation

It begins with you calling in and scheduling a consultation with one of our design consultants. We will come to your home and listen. We will discuss all of your storage needs and design a custom solution that addresses those needs specifically. There is no charge, no obligation, and no pressure associated with this service. We believe that you’ll want to do business with us once you work with us, especially if you try more than one company. Our design consultant with share with you 3D CAD renderings and no-nonsense pricing of your newly designed space. They will work with you to tweak that design until it’s exactly what you want and need. We will start with a functional and efficient design and also offer an industry leading array of options for you to choose from. From wood grain finishes to traditional trim package options to the latest in LED lighting and security options, we can make your space as functional or fancy as your heart desires.

Manufacturing

Once we agree on the perfect solution, we manufacture it ourselves in our Anderson, SC plant. We utilize the latest technology in both CAD software and automated manufacturing. Our products are manufactured to exacting standards and engineered to last forever. From our finish choices right down to the quality of the fasteners we use, we cut zero corners in ensuring that we provide the premier storage solutions to our customers.

Installation

Once the manufacturing is complete, then our installers bring it down the home stretch. All of our installers are full time employees (we don’t use contractors) and have decades of closet installation experience between them. They are refreshingly professional, will respect your home, drive clean vehicles, and complete most installations in a single day. Once installed, all of our products carry a limited lifetime warranty for the duration of the time that you own your home. Let us help you get organized!

Warranty / Disclaimer:

Limited Lifetime Residential Warranty Coverage: Carolina Closet warrants that the products which we install will be free from defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the products when used for single-family residential use. This limited warranty extends only to the original end user of the products, and is not transferable. Lifetime warranty is limited and does not include installed accessories, electronics, hardware, or other third party parts; these components attached to our shelves and verticals carry a 5 year warranty.

One Year Non-Residential Coverage: Carolina Closets warrants that the products we install will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of (1) year when used for non-residential or commercial use.  This limited warranty extends only to the original end user of the product and is not transferable.

Exclusive Remedy:  Carolina Closets will repair or replace any component of the products you purchase at no charge, if it is defective.  This is your sole and exclusive remedy for any defects in the product purchased.  If Carolina Closets does not repair or replace a defective component of the products within a reasonable time, its liability to you will be limited to the purchase price of the products.

Exclusions from Coverage: You will have waived any claim for breach of warranty if you do not notify Carolina Closets or its authorized representative in writing within 90 days after you discover the defect.  This limited lifetime warranty does not cover (1) the improper installation by others, or use of the product; (2) abuse or neglect; or (3) normal wear and tear.  Nobody can expand this warranty or waive any of its limitations.  Carolina Closets has neither relation to nor responsibility, inherent or implied, for the products, installations, and warranties of other companies.  Including but not limited to;  Carolina Closets or any others not specifically designated.
